Has the ranked matching system in Uno been problematic for some people lately? It takes me forever to join a match. The countdown timer will hit zero, then nothing will happen. I'll quit, join another match, and it will happen again. I think last night, I was able to get seriously 1 out of every 15 Uno matches to actually work.

It happens to me too. It is quite annoying, though it doesn't seem to happen to me as often as you're saying. I just assumed someone else in the room had a bad connection.
