Join by choosing a genre, then clicking "Join" in the upper right hand corner of the player. It takes a good 15 - 20 seconds for the player to load.

This is a new site, they pay you for listening to internet radio stations. You earn points just for listening, so you can turn your speakers of at night if you want, or you can mute the browser/tab using the volume mixer on Windows 7 and Vista.

If you are using Windows XP, there is a program called "IndieVolume" which lets you do the same thing ;)

Right now there is a promotion going on where every day you can click a banner to get 250 points toward the rewards. Looks like this:

One last trick, after rating a song (to get points) you can pause the song, then unpause it and the rating options become available again so you can rate the same song more than once. There is a daily limit on how many points that you can get by doing this, though.

Not bad for anyone who leaves their PC on 24/7 anyway. Also, surprisingly there aren't too many commercial interruptions and the stations are halfway decent. There are a lot of ads on the player itself, though.
http://radioloyalty.com/ is the correct website to sign up on. This radioroyalty.net provided by the OPis full of referral links (probably his own)
Was just about to post this.
Already reported the OP for referral links outside of the referral forum.
