Lockerz is one of the coolest websites i've seen in awhile. I only messed around with it 1 day and i'm already at 45 points. I have a friend who got enough for a Xbox 360 and just sent in his request for it.
All you have to do is sign in each day, answer the daily question, and invite more friends. You can get up to 10 points just for answering the Dailies, and 2 points per friend you get to sign up.
