I am sorry to hear your kit has not yet arrived and apologize for the delay.
The kit was sent via USPS standard delivery on 9/12. Unfortunately, that method does not contain tracking information, however, as the expected delivery time was within 5 business days, it should have arrived by 9/20.
As it has not, we can request issue a replacement, however, due to the standard mail method, cannot refund the credits for use towards a different item.
I have checked and it appears that the item is in stock so I will request that it be re-sent tomorrow and you should expect it to arrive by the end of the week.
