Yeah, I've been hoping they'll add Rocksmith (it's $79.99 though, and I doubt they're feeling as generous as they used to). I wasn't too interested in that game until I saw all the cool mini games based on playing the right chords.
 
Did the profinity offer, credited in 3 hours, now looking for another good offer that I haven't done. I wanted to try the Tushy Tightner and/or Resermatrol or whatever, but when you click to go to the offer, it says the website is being "updated"...
 
this should be an interesting week; nba 2k12 has been processing since 9/26. which i guess im not too annoyed at just yet, but i sent a support ticket on 9/29 asking if i would get release date shipping and they answered yes. :whistle2:k

yeah i made a post about a week ago stating they told me it would have release day shipping. also, mine just went to "shipped"...sweeeet :D.

still no dead island which i ordered on 9/4 though...lol. i dont get it.
 
I'm in for NBA 2K12 also, but my second offer didn't credit til Saturday, so I probably won't get release day shipping. Mine still says Processing.

I can't get any response from TRAINN about my Gold Kit order from over a month ago. I've asked that they cancel the order so I can change it to something else. They clearly have not ordered or shipped anything yet.
 
starting to lose faith in trainn. they told me nba 2k12 would have release day shipping which i see now was a lie. no game today...also, im starting to believe my copy of dead island is never going to show up (been a month)...they are ignoring my tickets now too...ive had one open for a week now with no response.
 
got my nba 2k12 today, ordered on the 27th. sorry to hear about your guys' troubles, good luck with it though, TRAINN is usually good about it albeit slow at times

well, i stand corrected. 2k12 came today at 130pm eastern, from amazon via ups next day air. not sure if trainn pays the same for next day as they do to pre-order it/2 day prime but whatever, my allegiance to them is diminishing either way. but i will say im pleasantly surprised that it came, but certainly not pleasantly surprised enough to think any better of them right now, especially after reading your comment 41 :whistle2:(. hope you get your games soon, or at least for them to stop being dicks to you.

I just got a response a few minutes ago on my gold kit situation (had the ticket open for 10 days, and replied to it 3 times before they gave me an update.

"I am sorry to hear your kit has not yet arrived and apologize for the delay.

The kit was sent via USPS standard delivery on 9/12. Unfortunately, that method does not contain tracking information, however, as the expected delivery time was within 5 business days, it should have arrived by 9/20.

As it has not, we can request issue a replacement be issued. I have checked and it appears that the item is in stock so I will request that it be re-sent tomorrow and you should expect it to arrive by the end of the week."

We shall see.
 
Day 19 after Gears 3 controller was marked as shipped, day 10 since opened initial support ticket with no response. I replied to the ticket again asking where the controller was. Would be nice for some sort of communication!

They sent the same BS to me. That's a canned response. I originally ordered the Gold kit on 8/30, and opened my original support ticket on 9/8.

My issue with them was just handled last night.
I ordered a 4000 points card on Aug 19th.
Sent support ticket (low priority) on the 30th asking for an update....no response.
Sent an email on Sept 6th....got a shipping email on the 7th.
Sent support ticket response on the 15th.....nothing.
Sent another email...no response.
Open brand new ticket (high priority) on Oct 4th....same day response with code.

They claim that they sent the code on September 7th to my email and that I must have missed it. Anyways, don't know if the high priority ticket did the trick or my persistence but hopefully you guys still waiting on items will get your stuff. I'm probably gonna take a break from their site for awhile.

I have ordered at-least 4 4000 ms point cards from them and every single time i never got the email with the points code. I ALWAYS have to send a TT to get the code..

You might be waiting a while. im still waiting for mine. i put the order in August. When i got the tracking i emailed amazon and asked them about the item and found out TRAINN ordered it from a seller named W.E.M. They also said the delivery estimate is from sept 29th (which has passed), untill Oct 17th. If it dont arrive by then i have to have TRAINN (god help me with that) call and do some atoz guarantee thingy. But, yeah. still waiting on the Gears 3 troller...

Usually release day shipping on Amazon.com is 99 cents. When they say release date, they usually make good on it. The only time i didnt get a game from them on release date was Halo:Reach, and it was an Amazon error... but yeah TRAINN is not doing so well ATM...

Need one more credit so I can order Arkham. I'm going to have to just pick a moderately pricey one, since some of the newer ones will *not* take my credit card information (Profinity).
 
Profinity was a bitch to sign up for, first time going through it with my debit card popped up with some visa protection with my bank asking for more info, just skipped it, so it gave me an error. Tried to use my Credit card from another bank and it was just flat out declined.

Redo with the debit card again and fill out the info after seeing the protection stuff was legit. THEN, it tells me THIS.

So I got $62.95 back from Amazon for NHL 12. That's awesome! I was expecting something like $54 after they take off some for shipping. Already ordered my MW3 Hardened for roughly $25 out of pocket. Thanks Trainn and everyone here!!!
 
Think I'm gonna order Arkham City. Really enjoyed Arkham Asylum, first game I platinumed on the PS3.

I have 8 credits just sitting in my account, figured I should at least get something.

sent it on saturday since someone here said that they were able to cancel via email.

then today i checked, and got charged $30! goddamn!

i googled the following keywords "profinity email cancel" and the first result lists the email as the email to use if you want to cancel your membership.

though if you click on the result, youll get taken to a page where that info is nowhere to be found.

but still! anyway i ordered Battlefield 3!

Hmm I had no problem getting profinity to credit last week when I did it. It only took a few hours.
 
Yeah it's been over 12 hours now, no credit. MCR here I come in a week I guess.

and just now I signed up for the 30 day free trial of Equifax...after going through entire setup it wants to setup a user/pass for the site, so I click continue and it tells me "invalid login"...after multiple tries to login and trying to recover a username I get nothing.

I simply cannot catch a break lately :'(

I actually got that error as well, but then got a e-mail confirming my membership...?
Didn't get credit so I had to submit an MCR

you dont talk to anyone, you just enter your zip code (im assuming this only applies if you called from the phone number you signed up with though)

easiest cancellation call ive ever made

in general, i prefer to call anyway because its more reliable and its instant. when i first started this game i always looked for online cancellation first but from someone whos been doing this since '07, calling is only as dreadful as you make it
