Hello everyone, I am coming to the end of my contract period with AT&T and see that for the exact same service they want to charge $14 more per month.  I have been looking at Comcast with would give me basic cable and HBO for just $5 more to the new ATT&T.  I was thinking of going to Comcast but came across FreedomPop which charges under $20 for 12Mbps, the downer is you only get 10Gb per month so no that kills buying digital.

Still I'm more than willing to give up digital downloads for the price but was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the company and how they stack up with gaming.

Have no experience with them, but from experience working for phone companies, when you call to cancel and tell them why as long as you're not an ass theyll give you a better deal

The particular offer you are looking at uses the now legacy Clear Wimax network. Coverage is quite limited so I would suggest taking a look at clear.com/coverage
Since the Wimax network is to be replaced with LTE then you only have until the end of 2015 until it gets shut down.

For a main ISP its best to choose a traditional cable or DSL to not worry about caps. Earthlink and Netzero come to mind as alternatives though a good price can be had negotiating directly with Comcast and using one's own modem.
