freegameconsoles.net legit?

I do not know. I wouldn't trust any of those site except for gaminglagoon (no consoles I believe, only accessories and some games) and the gratis/freepay sites. But you probably will never get around to getting a free 360, ps3, wii, or other game console simply because of the amount of referrals you need to get and how much everyone participated a couple of years ago when these sites first started. Search for the gaminglagoon thread to get some accessories with only a little bit of work (I've just redeemed for my first card but I started a couple of months ago). If you decide to go that route skip to the end of the thread and sign up under someone who doesn't have any referrals.

Yes, I am doing it right now and expect to get my prize in about 8 weeks. I picked a Wii so more likely I will get a check for $250 than the Wii.

I used the same company to get my free Xbox 360 (ok, I bought about $90 worth of stuff to get it). I got it last octoberish. This is the same company that runs gadgetcity.com

Go to scam.com and to the internet scam forums and there is a thread about this website.

The nice thing about this site is that they are are not referral based.

I think i used a site like this to get my Mac Book Pro. Doing Jillian Michealsas the last one will set you back 20 bucks which makes the PS3 pretty tempting.

Can anyone tell me how long it took to get a system AFTER they had completed the offers?

Was is 1 week? 2 weeks?

In general i don't have problems with these sites if they have a CSR number to call that can manually credit and resolve other problems.

I think i could get the PS3 for about 75 bucks or less with this site though.

timing is about as follows:

day 1 - do the required # of offers on each "page"
day 46 - magically your offers are approved exactly 45 days after they changed to "in progress" so you have to add a few days if it took a few days for any offer to go in process.
day 47 - print your certificates and put in mailbox.
day 53 - your certificates are acknowledged as received by the website.
day 99 - magically your system shows up on your doorstep exactly 45 days after they get your certificate.

This is about as fast as it could happen. Realistically it takes 4-6 months from start to finish because problems always arise that you have to call customer service for and get straightened out with faxes and such. Basically they won't send you your system unless they got their commission for the referrals. This particular company has great phone customer service (not good by email) so always call if you think something is not moving right. My first time with this company took about 6 months, but this time looks like things are going smoother and 3.5 months should be the magic number.
