Did Cd universe cancel that or you? I got my copy after about a month of it being backordered.

If you already bought the game for $50 you can pickup for $30 .... then return it with your OLD REceipt or Pricematch it if you buy from BB or CC ;)

well, i cancelled it myself since I didn't feel like they'll honor the deal... i think a lot of other ppl also canceled it too... u're lucky, congrats... heh

Oh well, I'll pay the extra $7 for a brand new copy.
 
Actually returning a new, unopened game is hardly fraud. If you have the receipt and you paid for a game and you return the same game, brand new...how is that fraud?

keep this unopened for about 5 or 6 years and you can make 20 bucks profit on fleabay :p

it was also 29.99 at the Target in fort wayne, Indiana. So if this is chain wide then this could be a mass drop for all stores just some store are still trying to sell it to us at $50. This might also explain how CDUniverse was able to fill out all the $22.59 orders. They are likely paying somewhere in the 20-25 dollar range for it i this is a squenix price drop.

One more place for you all if gamestop is not local for you and you don't want to wait. Enjoy.
 
I just picked this up in-store and am very excited. I've almost bought this for $50 many times but decided to wait for a price drop.
