As an owner of both the Frontman and the Les Paul, I definitely prefer the Les Paul. That said, the Nyko is perfectly serviceable. It has a cheaper feel (as expected) but it works fine. I wouldn't recommend the Nyko to people super serious about their Guitar Heroing, but as a second guitar or a guitar the kids can bang on instead of your precious Les, it's a good choice.

Guitar Hero-compatible controllers won't work on Rock Band 1 on the Wii, but will work on Rock Band 2.
