The 4-page ads simply do not list upcoming releases. Odds are that those two stores will carry the same titles at the same price. But because they don't advertise them in the paper, I feel obligated to indicate as such, just in case.

No. Because the Los Angeles stores honor ads which appear both in the LA Times and the Orange County Register. In the OCRegister, they have the 8-page ads. On paper, LA is the only region which receives all of the deals from both the 8 and 4 page versions.
