pretty sure they only pricematch items that are advertised at a specific price, not b1g1 or %-off type sales

for example, if a new game that just came out had a "10% off" icon next to it in a Best Buy ad, they would not match it because there's no specific price in the ad
 
I'll probably head over and pick up the Sly Collection later today. And also I'm assuming Amazon will not price match?
 
Wish amazon would price match the sly price, but I have been watching that product for awhile on amazon and it has not moved from $28 in a long time. It just seems kinda silly to drive across town to save $6 (after tax).

Yeah my Fry's is actually pretty close, but I would definitely prefer not paying tax AND getting free shipping through Amazon. I've already submitted it for a price match, so if it does happen, I'll probably just return the game to Fry's and keep the one I get through Amazon

I doubt they will. I have tried to get them to match Frys deals before; it was a no-go. Fortunately, I was able to pick up Sly during Target clearance.

Those are some pretty good prices for the older PS3 games. I'm tempted to pick up that move bundle with sports champions and Tiger Woods. Those seem to be the only move games worth having, and I'd like to try out the Move minigames in the Sly collection.

FYI, for those interested Fry's has Pan's Pabyrinth on Blu for $9.99 and the Batman Collection(Batman, Returns, Forever, Batman & Robin) also on Blu for $26 or so, which is the cheapest I've seen since Amazon had that same price.

There were other displays and shopping carts full of $10 Blu's, but I didn't see anything largely notable. Endcaps with Watchmen Director's Cut for $9, Aviator and a few other ones.
 
Thanks OP! Grabbed the last of 2 games i needed to complete the PS3 exclusives for now at least. Also wanted to add that i picked up the Resident Evil Essentials pak for the PS2 for $4.99. Good deal for 3 games even if they are fairly old by now.
 
thats a really good deal on the wii for 179.. Im gonna tell my friend whos wanted one for a while now, she just wanted to wait for there to be a price drop

I checked the frys in Oregon on dragon age 2 and in the system it came up as 39.96 regular price no ad could it be that they're dropping the price to that?

360 stuff on Gamestop and Fry's are weak. I hope Fry's next sale will be directed towards the 360 more.

Edit: Was able to get one of the last move bundles last night at the Fry's in Downer's Grove.
I was also going to get the Sly Cooper Collection but they did not have it available and told me that the sku in no longer in the system.
