I am not sure if this is nation wide but the Fry's in Renton has EA non-sports and none Platinum Edition games at $29.99. These are regular marked prices and are not listed as part of any sale.

The games were:

Fight Night Round 3
Battlefield 2
Burnout Revenge
Battle for Middle Earth 2


Good prices for these games. I picked up Fight Night and Burnout myself
