Fry's refusing to display pictures in advertised deals?

Part of their anniversary sale what's up with the advertising, this is in sacramento no item# listed so you can't look this up online....If anyone can find out what model/brand this TV is I'd appreciate it!

Stores usually do that to get people hyped up over some 'big deal' to get them to come into the store and find out what brand/model the item is.

If anything, I'd say your best bet is to just go in store once the sale starts. But don't be surprised if it's some off brand they consider to be 'name brand' now.

that can't be it's a 40 inch not 55
 
I'm sure this practice is done to get you in the store. If you are in the market for something like this it is probably best to see the item in person anyway...

Sorry, it should actually be a 42 inch LG 42LV3500. And the practice is done so you can't pm to another store

This. Their agreement with manufacturers prevents them from listing certain products below a specific price to keep the market relatively fair.
