Lol missing rebate, no extra hd-dvds and warner goes blu-ray exclusive, I think your should ask for offers cause $160 is a little much. Try $130 especially cause your missing the upc code

no way you are going to get it for 160 plus shipping. I could see it going for 140-150 shipped at the most

Its cheaper to go to the stores and you can buy a HD-DVD drive for $100 on craigslist.org in San Diego.
