Found this today while xmas shopping and I figured since its a rare I would pick it up and see if anyone wants it. If I don't get any offers in a week I'm going to put it up on eBay.

ICO sealed isn't that rare yet. You can still find them at WalMart pretty easily.

This is truthfully the first copy I have ever seen in this area. But if it isn't as Rare as I was lead to believe, I might just retract this all together and just put it into storage.

Depends on how much you paid for it. If you paid less than $20, then you could sell it on Amazon for $35 pretty effortlessly. They'll take a commission (99 cents + 15% of sale price) and give you a shipping credit ($3.49 standard, $5.49 priority). If you paid more than $20, put it into storage or take it back.

Yeah, it's not rare, I see it at best buy for 15, which was why I offered the price I did.
