do you think you can get away with using amazon receipt with someone elses name on it?

(not crapping, i have an amazon receipt myself and already sent in this offer but my friend hasn't)

I don't see why that would matter. These things get sold and traded all the time and that hasn't been an issue.

well, with the turnaround time for getting the HDDVDs - not sure if there has been a success story with named receipts.
If im a rebate company looking to turn down submissions I would use that as a reason.

I think you'll have better luck ordering the movies yourself and then selling them in about 5 months when they arrive.
