Hey, I'm in a similar boat. Looking to just keep my 360 and Wii mostly so I'd most like to trade for one these two 360 games you listed as not for trade, go figure.

Perfect Condition, I no longer play NBA 2K6 since I have NBA 2K7. Plus, I'm not sure if they have a demo for the 2K6 version, I know for sure there is one for 2K7.

Also, depends if your interested in gaining Quick and Easy Achievement points. Most of the 2K6 games have the easiest Achievements I've ever seen or heard of. NBA 2K6 is just another excellent basketball game from 2KSports, Not that many people play it online anymore due to 2K7, so it all depends on your interests.
 
You could help by tossing me that Just Cause you seem to have for the 360?

Anything you'd consider trading for? Battle For Middle Earth2 perhaps (didn't see it on your list)?
