Zalman VF900cu Copper VGA HS/Fan - Retail box, includes all accessories except for mounting instructions which I can't find but can be downloaded from Zalman's website. Also thermal tape on RAM-sinks has been used & will have to be replaced with either new tape or thermal adhesive. Purchased to replace the stock ATI heatsink on my original X1900XTX but just wasn't up to the task as lockups resulted while playing Oblivion .. can handle a 7900GT or 7800GTX easily however & is very quiet ..
