Funny auction for a *not* modded xbox

I saw this auction while wasting time on ebay. While I have nothing against modding consoles for non-pirating reasons, this guy pre-loaded a bunch of xbox games on it along with as he says, thousands of SNES, N64, atari, etc games. Talk about asking to be taken to court!

To top it off his email address has his first and last name. #-o And apparently has sold modded xboxes with pirated games before.

So much for ebay catching these. I'm suprised how many get through the cracks. This guy's *NOT MODDED* wink wink thing was kinda funny though.

And btw, I think any xbox is "modded" once you replace the harddrive, add any non original MS code, etc.

He can call a duck a chicken but its still a duck.

Nope. No mention of a turkey.

Chiducken at best but as I said, its established that the duck is indeed a duck no matter if you call it a chicken, zebra, 3 toed sloth.
