Fye.com has a promotion where if you use paypal you can save $10.00 off any order over $35.00. They have a bunch of rebates going for HD-dvd and Blu-ray, as well as regular dvd's. For example they have Bladerunner on HD (The one with the briefcase) for $59.99 after rebate. Also if you are an FYE card member you save an extra 10% That would mean if you are a member you could pick up the movie for $42.99. Amazon has this listed for $69.99 , throw in free shipping over $25.00 and this isn't too bad.

Any idea how to stack the backstage pass and paypal use, though? The site claims that it's possible.. it even gives a step by step way of doing it if you are having trouble. Well, even following those steps, I still can't get it to work. Everytime I get to the final step before putting the order in, the discount is NOT showing up.

Did you get any errors from after paypal returned you to FYE? The first time I tried it said my address was unverified and therefore not valid to be used. It worked the second time, for some reason.


Also, don't forget coupon code 'paypal10'
 
How do you do the rebates? I don't see any mention of it when I click on an item that says it qualify for a rebate.

There is a link at the bottom of the item page that allows you to print out the rebate form.

They also appear in a little dialog box under each qualifying item on your cart page.

Ordered DieHard4 and Close Encounters this afternoon. Wanted to do it last night, but Die Hard was still a pre-order, and the paypal thing doesn't work on pre-order items.

Nope, no actual errors. Just the BSP discount was not applied.
