FYE: PaRappa the Rapper (PSP Version) $19.99; YMMV?

I went to the FYE on the ground floor of the Gallery Mall in Philadelphia last weekend and I snatched this game up mighty quickly. I also saw it at the FYE off Broad St. in Philly as well for $19.99. The lowest price on the Grabber is $22.45 from Amazon Marketplace. Any other stores with this price drop?

I can confirm that I also picked up Parappa for 19.99 at the Burnsville (MN) FYE just yesterday. last copy though.
