Went to Zellers at Metrotown (Burnaby BC) and they still have GB Micros for 50 bucks. They had a huge stack of Famicom editions and don't know if those are on sale too, but the GB Micros were listed at $50.

Just a heads up in case someone wants it =)

I want one, but my Zellers in Lethbridge, Alberta still has them listed at full price! Is this price in Burnaby listed as a sale price, or normal price? If its normal, maybe I can get them to phone the Burnaby location to verify the price. :)

I was just looking at the games and the price tag for the Micros said "$49.99". It didn't seem to be a sale at all. Just regular price.

The last time i heard about this, and checked my prices were still regular 129.99. i made the guy take out the system and scan it to make sure, he seemed pissed when i said no i don't want it lol. I'll try calling this time, but not sure if that will work.
 
The two zellers in Moncton NB, had a bunch of micros for 49.99 including the famicon edition... the famicon edition also had a 10$ off any gameboy game sticker on it.

Not sure if the 10$ off sticker would be expired by now or not though.
 
I don't even think they carry them anymore. It's probably pricey. Zellers has it pretty cheap. It's still $80 US at EB/GS in the USA and I don't even think that includes the Famicom edition. $50 for a Famicom GBM is pretty good.

I'm just not interested in the actual product =P If they go on clearance for $20, I'll pick one up ;) Maybe Boxing Day?

Same price confirmed here in Hamilton Ontario. Sweet, i have one but I'll probably sell it on ebay and buy a new one, or buy a new one and sell it on ebay.

Yeah i knew that's what you wanted to do, but i was just informing you that my futureshop did carry it, so yours might still carry it. Or does Pm not work that way? I mean on old stock.
 
I bought 5 from Zellers yesterday. In a few years from now, I hope to profit from it on ebay! There are quite a few crazy people who will pay alot for something that is "rare".
 
lol poxsc, i hope you are right, i was thinking of buying one to stash but not sure if it will be worth it. The reason being the version we got i think is different there is another type that has a mario symbol on the back, it's confusing but ill try and read into it.
