Game manuals??

I'm hoping this is allowed or even the right area to ask. I came across a site a while back that had pretty much every instruction manual for games in pdf format. Dumb me never saved the link and now I can't find it at all. I've searched high and low with no luck. So I though it won't hurt to ask here. Ya never know, out of all the members we have, maybe one person has info on this. Thanks in advance and I apologize if this isn't the right area for asking this question.

Cool site, but they didn't have the English instructions for Tingle's Rupeeland. Any other suggestions? (I tried contacting Nintendo in America and Europe and got no where.)
