Game Saves from Memory Card to PS3?

Ok, so i said delete before, but i could use some CAG assistance.

I have a game save on my memory card, but when I open the memory card thing under save data utility -- nothing.

The tut i saw was only for USB flash drives, what am I supposed to name the folder to get this to work?

Well, I updated rosters for College Hoops 2k7 before my PS3 got sent out. I needed to save the original game rosters on my flash drive then copy the edited rosters into the original folder before it worked.

Is that the problem? I think I may be misunderstanding you.

Edit: Does hit triangle>show all apply to this too? I can't remember.
 
wow, i must have a hard time giving details or somethin, lol..

i forgot to mention that im getting the error when copying it from the CF card to the hard drive.. putting it on the card is not a problem, when i look in game save utility it says CUSTOM ROSTERS with an NCAA 2k7 picture but it says error when i try and press triangle and copy it.

I'm just going to borrow a flash drive from my friend, maybe thats the problem.
