Gameboy Color and GBA question

Is it possible to transfer pokemon from your Blue-crystal GBC pokemon series to your GBA/DS? so that I could possibly play PBR with my Blue Pokemon.

No. That's why Nintendo released Fire Red and Leaf Green. Those two are essentially Pokemon Red and Blue.

As far as I know, yes.

Yeah, theres a feature called Trainer Park or some equivelent. It lets you upload 6 pokemon a day from any advanced generation game.
