went to gamestop.com and the gamestop store they were $29.99. i also went a store called rhino video games they also had them for $29.99.

Those stores that allegedly sell GBCs for $30 - are they new or used? How much do they sell used (and new) GBAs for? Something here isn't quite right.

Well, on the Gamestop's site it lists GBA's at 19.99 and GBC's at 30. Unless this is for collecting purpose, just buy a GBA.
