So i was searching about ebay when i stumbled upon an auction for a gameboy that i must have. I have been searching for a silver gameboy pocket for some time and saw this

I had no idea that this existed and would totally dig one.
So here is my thing, since it was a japanese only system, i read that they are marginally easy to come by at second hand stores. So if any of the Cags across the way would like to keep an eye out for one, i would gladly pay to have one, plus a little extra.

Also i guess if someone is out and about, i would also like to find an Apple Pippin (or Bandai Pippin) if possible

for anyone that doesn't know,
here is the link for the pippin.

i thank whomever finds these ahead of time

What kind of games does that apple pippin actualy have? Also, whats the point of a backlit gameboy pocket when its only showing shades of grey anyways?

The Gameboy Light wasn't Japan only. I recall seeing them at Target years ago. Basically a indiglo Gameboy, came out before the Gameboy color.

The pippin doesn't really have any games. the only place that i have seen games for it are on ebay. the following auction includes 2 open pippins, one sealed pippin and a whole mess of japanese game

but the price starts at 10,000$ so that is totally out.

I saw a couple gameboy light auctions but i don't know if i can dig more than 100$ for a novelty.
