Hey there i went to game crazy/hollywood video today to buy halo 3 and i noticed that they were selling cod 5 for 29.99 with MVP card, they were having a sale on specific games. Could be possibly (YMMV). Game stop still sells for $60.

There is no such thing as "$29.99 with MVP". It's possible that it was priced $29.99/$24.99, but there's no discount that makes it $29.99 with MVP. It shouldn't be YMMV either. I think it was just priced wrong and maybe they honored it.. who knows

Considering the MVP is a discount card for used games, I'm going to say used.

The game is currently $40.49 used with MVP.

COD4 is $39.99/$35.99 with MVP
