Does Gamecrazy just give credit from trade-ins? I went there today and the guy seemed to indicate you could get more than just credit, but I think I just didn't understand him.

Also, they seemed to have some deal where it was buy 2 get 1 free for 18.99 and under games. I'm not sure if this is going on everywhere or not.

The b2g1 for 18.99 and under is old news, but what else would they give besides trade-in credit? I don't think they give out cash.

Yeah, it's 80% of trade-in value.. I know they give cash and credit for systems, but I didn't know they gave cash for games..

The ydo give cash, it's usually alot less than credit. Also i think some different states has different laws and rules regarding trade-ins. Some treat stores like game crazy like pawn shops some don't.

yes, some gamecrazys give cash, some don't. as a whole, on average, it's store credit only but some "test stores" as the company likes to call them, started giving cash. and yes, some fall under the pawn shop laws, which is why they require ID for trades.

the $18.99 b2g1 applies to any new OR used game $18.99 or less EXCEPT for gba games. the company dropped down about 400 new titles from $19.99 to $18.99 for the sale though, so there's a damn good selection.
:D

Yes, SOME Game Crayzs give cash... I beleive some stores in Texas...maybe more now. I'm almost 100% no California store gives cash, only regular store credit.
