Where can I find the best deal on an official Nintendo 1019 Memory Card? I've searched the area Wal-Mart, Target, and Best Buy stores and cannot find them.

If you do not mind buying used, Pawn Shops are the best deals. Most pawn shops do not know the cost of a memory card and you can usually haggle. In the past week I have bought a Nintendo Memory Card 251 for $3 and a Nintendo Memory Card 59 for $2.
 
I concur with the pawn shop post. I have four of them total, and three of those were bought for under $7. (They mistook them for 59'ers.)
