gamecube component cable 3rd party

Do any of the 3rd party gamecube component cables work for 480? These still seem hard to find from Nintendo and does not look like it is getting better. Any help. I might have to trade for a few things.

I've never seen 3rd party component cables for the Cube. I have a set of official cables for sale or trade if you want.

I guess the only good news is that they're cheaper on eBay now that the Wii is out. But honestly, I would just hold out for a Wii and component cables for that system to play GCN games in 480p.

Yes, I play my GC on a VGA monitor (with modded component cables) and it looks so much better than the S-Video TV I used to play on.

Does anyone know if the Mad Catz MOV-061550 is compatible with the Gamecube?

Some sites list that it is....my one site I found, list that it is not.

I do not think it is as it is not on the GameCube page on the Mad Catz site.
