I-Ninja is great. I have the Xbox version, but don't believe there are significant differences between the two. I probably would have preferred playing with the GC controller, actually. Anyhow, the game doesn't really do anything new, but it's a really solid platformer. And there are some Monkey Ball-esque portions as well. Read some reviews to get more info, but I'd recommend it.

anyone actually ever play I, Ninja?
Just curious if it is worth 14 bucks :p
No.
It has been on sale as cheap as $5 (at CC months ago), but I paid $15 for the Xbox version a few months before that and I'd do it again now if I didn't have it.

I-ninja is a great game, I'd say worth 29.99

It's more like a $8 game. It's fun, but too simple.

Some good games... Def Jam is probably the only one that's priced at a CAG level. But nothing for me.

Thanks OP.

Nothing really caught my eye but still wanted to say thanks. Really great post (and nice layout for easy browsing). You seem to always post great Gamecube deals. Thanks again, you're really appreciated.

Nothing terribly exciting as been cited before. You can find many of these games for the same price or a little less. Thanks for the post though.

I-Ninja is actually pretty fun if you don't give up on it right away. And the Gamecube version should also include Pac-Man Vs. which is a lot of fun (but requires a GBA & Link).

Shop around though, as you should be able to find it at a reasonable price in a store, saving the shipping cost.

None of those are good deals in the slightest... Those games are that cheap at many places, and rightly so - because they didn't sell well at any higher price point. And the 7% takes very little off.

I-Ninja never came with Pac-Man VS. in the case, either.

One word, rude. (Wonders why some people don't think before they post)

NFL Blitz 2003 Buy.com $10.99 - EB $19.99
Namco Museum Buy.com $10.99 - EB $19.99
Pac-Man Fever Buy.com $10.99 - EB $19.99
Metal Arms Glitch Buy.com $10.99 - EB $19.99

Almost half the price. Yeah, pretty crappy deals.

And yes, Pac-Man vs came with i-Ninja went it first came out, at least it was supposed to.

this isn't an attack at you, NFG... you do a great job at finding gamecube deals. but...

he did think before he post... if people are paying those prices for some of those games, they're getting ripped off. check out other retailers (more than just EB) and you'll see...

and no, pac-man vs never actually came packaged INSIDE i-ninja. nor was it ever supposed to be. it was intended to be given out with i-ninja in a separate slipsleeve, but most stores just handed out the sleeves to anyone that asked, or with the purchase/pre-order of any game.

Exactly what I was thinking, thanks NFG.

Well I apologize if it came off as rude, it wasn't intentional. As you may realize, words on the internet carry only whatever tone the reader attributes to it. So for that, I apologize.

However, everything I said is true. Great OP, lotsa prices for lotsa games, but none are good deals at all.

Just because you can compare the prices to EB, doesn't make them good deals. It just makes them cheaper than EB (and EB is obviously not the only place you can get games).

Off the top of my head and from recent visits to stores:
metal arms - 9.99 best buy
defender - 9.99 circuit city
timesplitters 2 - 9.99 best buy
road trip - 9.99 best buy
hulk - 9.99 kohls
lotus challenge - 14.99 everywhere
muppets - 14.99 everywhere
x-men - 9.99 kohls
nba live 2003 - 4.99 best buy
tony hawk 4 - 4.99 eb b&m
blowout - 9.99 everywhere
hobbit - 9.99 eb b&m
namco museum - 9.99 kohls
pac-man fever - 9.99 kohls
AND Gamestop has a 2-pack of those games for 19.99

The moral being... this thread is great if you don't leave the house, but not if you actually look for deals outside instead of just sitting online and trying to find games from EBgames.com

How about going to Walmart.com? They have been running a 2 for $20 deal which includes many of these games. Plus, this walmart.com deal was posted earlier as well.

These deals are good regardless if they are cheaper elsewhere or they are crappy. These prices are not much different than those mentioned (only a couple of dollars difference).

I think its great if someone post a better price on the games mentioned it helps others. Somebody might actually want some of these games whether they are good are not.

Good job NintendoFanGirl! I appreciate your posts, as do a lot of other CAGs.
I didn't know kohls had cheap games...
They also have some hard to find ones like Castle Shikigami 2 and Choro Q, for $10 each :)
