Gamecube games with memory card included

I've seen post about picking up Mario Sunshine with a 251 memory card. Is this a promo akin to Animal Crossing where the card is inside or was it a temp deal where they got bundled (something like PoP w/Splinter Cell)? Do any other games have this as well?

On a similar note, does AC only come with the 59 card or does it now have the 251 since that's the base size? Any place to find a list of what's what?

AC still comes with the 59, and I'm pretty sure it's the only game that comes with a memory card.

A few months back, my local Target had Animal Crossing (original release with the memory card 59)
bundled with a memory card 251 in their clearance section - not bad for $20... I haven't seen it since.

The deals talking about coming with 251 Memory card is likely refering to the bundles that Target used to sell with many popular Nintendo games. Some stores may still have them marked down now too.

Capcom vs. SNK 2: EO (J) comes with a memory card 59. It's a good package to pick up if you plan on importing GCN games , that way you can actually save them. I think it's $25 at lik-sang.

I think Lost Kingdoms 2 also comes with a memory card 59.

I had no idea so many games come with a memory card 59... I've only seen advertizing on AC for the memory card. Do the others advertize it on the box or is it just in there w/o an ad?

not all copies of lost kingdoms 2 come with a memory card 59. that was a best buy deal from when the game first came out. their later shipments of the game didn't even include the card.

and the deal wasn't mentioned on the box art (like animal crossing). it was just a sticker on the outside wrapper that advertised the included 59.

it's unlikely that anyone will find one of these copies at best buy now. most were cleared out when it was marked down to $5 during the recent big sale.

Ah, that explains why I didn't see a Memory Card notice on the LK2 I saw at TRU. Good to know.

Not really relevant, but I think Biohazzard (Japanese version of Resident Evil) came with a memory card.

the pokemon center in ny should still be selling pokemon box... i know that the pokemon center online store still has them available... and you can also purchase it from nintendo's online store.
