What's the best price/place to get a decent size memory card for my gamecube? I have the small one, but it filled up fast.

Thanks

Actually, it on sale for $25.49 at BestBuy.com if you can't get a GGC. You'll have to do in store pickup if you don't want to pay for shipping. I think the sale is only online, so you won't be able to use a GGC on top of that.

What about this one I found at Target? I just got a free $10 gift card for transfering a prescription so it would only be $8.

Target Intec 64mb

Nintendo-brand cards have an excellent record of stability and reliability, cheaper memory cards aren't always safe for Gamecube owners. 3rd party cards can be unreliable and are susceptible to data corruption and the loss of saves. The 1019 is a 69MB card which is 5MB more than the Intec and the trust that Nintendo carries on this card is awesome, it will do what it is supposed to do. Use your gift card on the Nintendo 1019 and you will only pay $20. Even though it is still $3 more it is so worth it. I bought mine a year ago and have been saving constantly and moving the files around between my other three 251's. Spend a little more, for when you are in the middle of a REALLY LONG GAME and save, you want the card to save it properly.(You don't want to come back and see that it Fraked up your file).

I'll reiterate...intec is crap. I can understand the allure of something being a little bit bigger MB-wise...but is it really worth losing your game saves?

I totally agree The only thing that I have that is Intec is the screen and battery pack for the gamecube but I wouldn't trust the memory cards. GET THE NINTENDO ONE it has a bigger capacity
