I don't own Smacktalk but I thought this might be of interest to those that own one.

David Lee Roth does a lot of screaming and stuff. I thought someone (with a sound editing program) might get a kick out of it.

Can anyone please help me?
everytime I connect my GameDR smack talk to my controller, it shows the little mic icon in front of my name but I can't seem to talk though my headset or play sounds. It worked 3 times but now it just won't work anymore. Im using one of the new headsets, with only one pin, so might that be it? Please let me know.

Headset type won't matter. Can you also not receive/hear anything, or can you just not transmit/talk through it? If you can't hear anything AND you can't transmit, just try pulling the device off and reattaching it a few times. I've had problems with both the Trashtalk and Smacktalk in the past where it just isn't resting in the slot properly.
Could be a loose wire of something inside the device. Shrug. You could probably open it up and check without too much trouble, but I don't have it in front of me so I may be wrong. Uh, I'm assuming you have it turned on. The mic icon popping up may just be your mic making static while you mess with device...my headset does that for a second when I turn the mute switch on and off or if I'm adjusting the device.

No I can't hear anything either. I will try to reacttach the device a couple of times, but I have done that a few times already and it doesn't seem to work. If that doesn't work I will just open it up and see if there are any loose wires. Yea I have turned it on though
. Yea on Modern Warfare 2 it shows like the mic icon, but It doens't blink when I talk and I can hear nobody.
