Gamefly pays more for games than they charge

Gamefly often sells used games for less than they give you for trade in by ~$0.20 if you get a discount for being a member for 12 months.

But right now they are selling Red Faction: Armageddon for xbox for $9-10 depending on your discount, and paying $15.75 if you trade it in.

You have to have been a member for at least 3 months, but does anyone know if there's some catch to this, or can I just buy and sell it making $6.75 every time?
 
They probably have a 3rd party that handles their trade in games; so the prices they offer for trade ins are not related to the prices they sell games for.
 
Doesn't matter if only credit towards my membership, just means I pay $6.75 less and have $6.75 in my pocket.

Well I'll try it. Worst case scenario I get Red Faction: Armageddon for $9 and keep it, or sell it somewhere else.
