Now they go down your list in order even if a game is on the short list waiting time. Meaning you now have to wait longer for your next game to ship if you have games that are on the (Short wait) above game that are (ready to ship now) My second game should of shipped today, But since i had 1 game above it that is SHORT WAIT now i got to wait till tomorrow or weds before i even get my 2nd game shipped out to me.

anyone know why gamefly changed it like this ...
 
Seems like you should be able to choose whether you want to wait for a 'short wait' game higher up on your list or just have them send the top game marked as 'ready to ship now'

If they were really slick they'd let you configure even more about how this works. (For example wait for the 'short wait' game unless the top 'ready to ship' game is within 1,3,5,7,etc. slots of the 'short wait' game.)

I'd imagine they changed it so they do less shipping of games per monthly fee on average.
 
Did anyone notice that now Gamefly sends you the next game on your queue even if they haven't received the one you returned yet?

For example, I'm on the 1 game out plan. I dropped off a game at the mail box Monday morning. By Monday night, it said my next game had shipped and that they received some sort of confirmation from the post office that my gamefly return envelope had reached the office. Instead of waiting for the returned game to make its way to the GF headquarters, they now have to just make it to the post office.

At least, that's what I understood it to say when I checked my queue Monday night.
 
Yeah, they have a new system with the Post Office. Once it reaches them Gamefly is notified and sends out your next game. You dont have to wait for it to get all the way back to them.
