How do I get a Gamer Card from this site because I signed up and signed up for the forum but don't see anywhere to get the code for the card?
 
To let you know, I'm one of the people who helped the creator out initially (by making some icons early on), so I'm quite familiar with the site. I was about to post news there, but got kind of busy and didn't do it.

Go to manage your profile to create a card. As soon as you finish creating a card, you save it, and the url of your card will appear.

If you or others are still having problems, I'll send the guy a PM at another forum where we both post at, or send him a message on PSN (since he's a buddy of mine).
