Did GamersGate remove the option to buy Blue coins for $1? The lowest increment I see now is $5 worth.

Yeah, they did. There is a special link you can use to buy 2$ in BC in 1$ increments as long as you are buying 5$ overall >_>
Buy 1$ Blue coins if you are buying at least 5$ worth
