Stickz i was wondering if the GNG will be taking place at that exact location, hammerstein ballroom or is it gonna be in another room because it has different sections?

GNG will be at the Hammerstein Ballroom (Underground Level) on Friday night only...

We'll then be at the Expo on Sat and Sunday... but it won't really be "GNG" and it will move up to the ballroom floor.

Damn - moving from NYC on the 7th...this looks like a good event. Living in NYC you quickly learn that free events mostly = a bad crowd, so by tacking on a charge that would probably weed most of them out.

I'll take a GGX2#R though!

Honestly... we just got that bastard this week for the event....

i swear... everyone knows how insane X2 was.... but with four players now on Isuka.... i thought i was gonna have a seisure... its really insane... even just to watch.

i hope everyone who comes out enjoys playing it.

i think it will be 4 flat tv's and one projection...
each should have 4 controllers... we hope to do that anyway...

Since this is a much bigger even that last month, will there be a designated CAG meeting place? At the Tank it was really easy, because of people with CAG shirts all being in the same spot. But this time it should be harder to find.

Also, are personal Camcorders allowed? It would rock to film some of the event.

meeting place?

the place is big... but the undergound level we're in is not as big as the ballroom upstairs... you'll easily be able to pick out anyone in a CAG shirt.


cameras are ENCOURAGED!

I just traded GGX2, since I got an Xbox last week and plan on purchasing #reload pronto. If it's free, than that's a nice bonus!
 
I always thought those Guilty Gear games look like interesting fighters, especially with the Japanese Animation style... Regardless if I win or not, I'll be getting it eventually!
