OK, take it to the Supreme Court then - I wouldn't risk it. There is no real definition of "porn" - it's based on community standards and appealing to prurient interests blah blah blah...

There's no sex, so it's not classified as hardcore porn. Playboy is softcore, but it's still porn. There's nothing particularly artistic about what's put up in a Playboy or Penthouse, nor is it meant to be.
 
posing in a picture is not erotic behavior. and something that can cause sexual excitment can be anything. penthouse i will admit has "erotic behavior" but playboy just has picture with poses. those are very subjecctive definitions.
 
porn is the depiction of people having sex...there is none of that in playboy. alongx, you have been watching to much cinemax... thats is softcore porn (no penetration) hardcore shows penetration.

Yeah, used pornos are just nasty. I mean do all the pages turn? For those 18 and older it's smarter to just get some good clean wrapped in plastic goodness as opposed to that. That and im sure we don't know where his hands have been.
