Games it is impossible not to like.

I know cornfed is anal about everything but do you have to get in on it? C'mon, don't take the question that literaly.
Well, I think the problem with a thread like this is that it is meant to be taken literally. Otherwise, everyone would just post their favorite game, and if others hated it, who cares.

Though I agree with the people who say it's impossible to have a game that won't be hated by someone (especially, since its cool now days to hate good games if they are popular), I'm going to throw out a contraversial game, Grand Theft Auto, San Andreas.

Now, I know 20 people will jump on and say they hate this game with a passion, and that its the worst game ever made. Fine. But, if you honestly played it through and tried everything out, there is so much to do in the game, there has to be something in it that didn't completely suck. I think everyone can find some aspect of the game they enhoyed somewhat, even if they didn't like the game as a whole. There aren't many games I've seen that offered enough that I'd be willing to take the flaming I'm due for this selection.
This topic is stupid. here is no one game that EVERYONE likes, it's just not possible. it would have to cater to such diverse tastes that eventually you're stepping on toes.
I would tend to agree with this. Everyone keeps mentioning Katamari Damacy and I, personally, couldn't stand it. The only game that I could see even coming close to the concept behind the thread would maybe be tetris, but even there I can imagine there are people who are bored with it.

Hmm, your avatar makes me think that your choice is slightly biased...
