I don't find any games disturbing anymore, but the original Blood game really disturbed me when I was younger.... Bodies hanging on meat hooks with their intestines ripped out, lobbing heads off with a pitchfork then kicking the heads around (some levels you can play circus games with their head) .. All the good stuff, ya know?
