Games You Logged the Most Time On

Morrowind - probably over 100 hrs
Oblivion - around 100 hrs
WoW - 600-720 hrs, somewhere in that range
Heroes of Might and Magic III - unknown, a lot though
 
Street Fighter Alpha 2- From Arcade, to Saturn, to Gold, to PS2 rerelease. Best game ever made.
Super Puzzle Fighter 2 (played it everyday after it came out on PSone for over a year- plus put in a TON of hours on the Dreamcast version.. It was what I didn't when i wanted "thinking time")
Pokemon Diamond (120)
Half-Life- Played it like a fulltime job summer of Sophmore Year.

Holy crap.. I'm scared to see if I'm in that neighborhood. Days literally disappeared when I used to play that (until about 2 years ago). I'm tempted to drop the 50 cents on another copy to see what my save file says.

I played the shit out of various NES and Genesis games but to be honest, none of them were very long to say I spent a whole lot of time on any one of them. The time you guys spend playing RPGs is mind boggling.. my attention span is about this --->
 
Everquest, my cleric had over 300 days played and my druid and ranger were well over 100 each. This was over an 8 year period but still pretty pathetic.
 
I know I put a ton of time in Goldeneye and Perfect Dark when I was younger, though I have no idea how much time. I know I also played Baldur's Gate 2 and the expansion pack 2 or 3 times.

As for more recent games:
2 characters in Oblivion, I'm thinking at least 40 hours per character, one of them might be closer to 60
20+ hours Call of Duty 3 multiplayer
20+ hours Call of Duty 4 multiplayer
20+ hours Dawn of War and it's expansion packs
40+ hours Team Fortress 2 and counting (just starting seriously playing at the beginning of the year, now play several hours 3 or 4 days a week).
 
Halo 2 - Approx. 310 hours

Good thing Bungie.net keeps track of the number of games played or else I wouldn't be able to have an educated guess of how much I played.
 
Resistance 2- getting that 10k kills is tough..
Starcraft- 8 years
Diablo 2- 6 years
Pokemon Red, Gold, and Ruby- A LOT
 
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance- 115 hours
Pokemon Sapphire- 96 hours
Morrowind- I don't even know, but more then likely over 60 or maybe even 80 hours.
Perfect Dark- Played it constantly for 2 years, then in spurts for another 3 or so years.

Most time in a few days would have to be Bully: Scholarship Edition. I beat it 1000/1000 in 30 hours over 4 days.
 
In order of addiction:

Myth and Myth II -- played a ton of this online
Asheron's Call -- I was around 60 days of playtime on one of my two accounts
Battlefield 1942 -- played a solid 2 years online
World of Warcraft -- 2 years of my life before i broke this addiction

Most recently Persona 3 FES - 330 hours in-game.
