GFC is Back in Business! Worldwide Package Forwarding & Item Ordering Services ^_^.

1) Direct Request (DR) Services - The service that started it all, our Direct Request (DR) Service allows you to buy just about anything you want from the USA and have us order it and ship it directly to you. This is perfect for those of you who are unable to buy from USA merchants that will not ship to Canada directly or who do not accept Canadian/International credit cards. We charge $2.00 per item ordered plus shipping. Additional fees apply for items weighing more than 5 pounds shipped or more than $150 USD in value. Our online form will calculate everything for you automatically and there's no obligation to buy anything until you check out with Paypal. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about our services.

2) Package Forwarding (PF) Services, Address & Rates - [PREMIUM SERVICE] If you want to order the items yourself, you can! You can order from any website that ships to the USA. Ship the items to our secure UPS mail box and we will repackage them and ship them to you in Canada (or any other country for that matter). Typical fees apply for this service as usual and you pay only $1.00 per package received at our mail location. Quick, easy and GREAT for limited-time sales when the Direct Request option may not be quick enough. Please note we cannot ship: meat, cigarettes or other nicotine items (including electronic cigarettes and their accessories), alcohol, weapons or gun accessories (including paintball/airsoft), pornographic materials, toxic chemicals (including several cleaning liquids), fertilizer or any items that are illegal to ship internationally. Also, any items containing NI-CD or LI-Ion Batteries can no longer be shipped via USPS (Laptops, cell phones, handheld game systems, etc.) and must be shipped via UPS instead. If you have questions about a particular item, please contact us first before ordering.  You will receive an Email invoice with PDF attachment explaining line-by-line details of all charges and full payment options. GFC PF Service Requires Premium Membership which costs $10.00 a month or $100.00 a year (discount of two free months) and is available in our GFC Store. Full details on website.

3) GYROS Updates - After you have ordered your items, filled out the forms and notified us of your order we will add your items to our GYROS page (generally within a week or less). Once your items have been received, we will invoice you for the shipping costs + our service charge. After receiving your payment, your items will be shipped out to you in a timely manner and you will receive an Email with all relevant shipping information ^_^. If you have any questions feel free to Email us at [email protected] .

Service Charges (Free Members):

GFC Charges $2.00 per item forwarded for standard or "Free" Members. Please note that an item in this case refers to each item within the packages you ship to us. So if you were to order say 2 DVD Movies, an Umbrella and a Towel, this would count as 4 items total. Items that are sold in "Lots" such as multiple baseball cards will be counted as one item, subject to our discretion. Also, UPS Charges me to pick up the packages, so there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per package received. I will add into the invoice for you when I get your iitems in.

For larger orders, an extra $5.00 USD surcharge is added for each 5 pounds your package weighs OR per $150 in value of their total contents (example: a 5 pound package would cost an additional $5.00 USD, a 10 pound package would cost an additional $10.00 USD OR a $150 item (or group of items totaling $150 or more) would have an additional $5.00 USD charged, a $300 group of items would have an additional $10.00 USD charged). Please note that this will be either a weight or cost surcharge and not both, but the greater of the two will be what is charged. An item weighing 14 pounds will still only be $10 added as it didn't yet reach the 15 pound mark. This will be shown on your invoice and will be clearly explained. In the near future, this service charge will be automatically calculated for package forwarding items the way it is currently automatically calculated on our Direct Request 2.0 system.

So Again the things to remember:

1) Ship to the address above
2) Ship all packages in my name (James Parks) and if you want to include your information as a “Gift Message” on the order, you certainly can do that. This is required though to be in my name as the UPS store will only sign for packages in my name and will refuse all others.
3) You MUST fill out the Direct Request (DR) form on the link above to let me know what’s coming
4) Once I receive your DR submission and all your items, I will invoice you for the shipping cost plus service fees.

Service Charges (GFC Premium):

GFC Charges $1.00 per item forwarded. Please note that an item in this case refers to each item within the packages you ship to us. Estimated Shipping Costs:

The following are shipping estimates for standards weights. This will give you a pretty good idea of how much it will cost to ship your item to Canada. If you live in another country, feel free to inquire by contacting us directly.

For all items from 0 - 4 pounds we typically use USPS First Class Mail:

$00.00 = 0 Pounds / Digital Items
$09.00 = 6 ounces
$09.00 = 7 ounces
$09.50 = 12 ounces
$11.00 = 1 Pound
$16.50 = 2 Pounds
$22.00 = 3 Pounds
$27.50 = 4 Pounds

For all items from 5 pounds and up we typically use USPS Priority Mail:

$38.00 = 5 Pounds
$40.00 = 6 Pounds
$42.50 = 7 Pounds
$45.00 = 8 Pounds
$47.50 = 9 Pounds
$49.50 = 10 Pounds
$52.00 = 11 Pounds
$54.50 = 12 Pounds
$57.50 = 13 Pounds
$55.00 = 14 Pounds
$62.50 = 15 Pounds
$60.00 = 16 Pounds
$63.00 = 17 Pounds
$70.00 = 18 Pounds
$72.50 = 19 Pounds
$75.00 = 20 Pounds
$77.50 = 21 Pounds
$80.00 = 22 Pounds
$83.00 = 23 Pounds
$85.50 = 24 Pounds
$88.00 = 25 Pounds

For any items over 25 pounds, we'll have to manually invoice you.

On Hold & Unclaimed Merchandise:

GFC allows you to send items to our secure UPS Package Forwarding address (listed above). After you order your items it is your responsibility to properly fill out our Package Forwarding (PF) Form on our website located here: http://www.gamesforcanada.com/package-forwarding.php . Once you do this, we will be notified of the items you have ordered and you will pre-pay the shipping/service charges up front for us to process and re-ship them to you.

The first 30 days are free to hold all Package Forwarding items. This is plenty of time for you to successfully order from the various stores that you want and submit our PF form to notify us. This also allows for adequate time for you to request us to combine items into a single package.

After 30 days, there will be a $5.00 USD charge per ITEM per week (flat rate fee) until the payment has been paid in full. Since you are pre-paying for the item costs, you will be responsible for both shipping to your country, our GFC Service Charges and any processing fees associated with the transaction.

After 90 days, GFC will not be responsible for unclaimed or missing merchandise sent to us at our Package Forwarding address. We suggest that you fully insure all orders sent to our address in case of loss or damage as we will not be responsible for missing or damaged goods.

Thanks a bunch to all of you guys who contributed to our baby registry :) That was really thoughtful of you and it means a lot to my wife and I. Our official family baby shower is tomorrow so I won't be online much (I have to work and then am leaving for the shower directly after) so it's a busy weekend. Here's a rough estimate of what I'll be doing:

Friday (01/14): GFC Packing/Invoicing/Shipping 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday (01/15): Work at Casino / Baby Shower, No GFC :(
Sunday (01/16): Work at Casino, Assemble Baby Stuff, GFC Packing/Invoicing/Shipping 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Just a rough estimate there. Today I'm focusing on trying to organize GYROS since that has been long outdated due to all the craziness with family/baby stuff. I'm going to consolidate a lot of multiple items orders and get out almost all items that have been paid for. For those of you who owe a balance I'll do my best to have all invoiced by the end of this week. I know it's taken a while but I'm trying to keep up with everything :) Thanks for your patience and your generosity. You guys are a great bunch!

Hey Goomba! Sent you an order to your email 2 days ago(forwarded again this morning), can you help me check please- maybe in your junkmail as well? Thanks! Enjoy the shower!

Hi AngryCloud, are you referring to the Optionimports order? If so I was having trouble accessing their website but I'll continue to try. Thanks =)

Hey goomba, great news! I just received my blu-ray in the mail...less than 24 hours before my cousin leaves! I hope he'll be happy w/ the gift, thanks again & left positive feedback as usual!

That's awesome news. Glad things are working out. I keep feeling like I'm catching up but then I look at the massive list of items and it makes me dizzy. I just have to keep pushing and do as much as I can day by day. We'll catch up soon enough ^_^

Goomba, I was invoiced for my order on Jan5 and I paid via paypal on Jan5. I was sent the exact same invoice again today, Jan14. There are two order numbers listed in the invoice, 1035701030 and 1171257401. Here's the paypal info: Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID # 4TT45508A0884062D) To: [email protected] Thanks.

Mandulum, sorry yeah just ignore that. If any of you receive a duplicate invoice it is just me trying to go through the system and clear out older orders. If you receive a duplicate just ignore it :) I'm doing my best to copy all older orders to the newer system I'm developing and small glitches may appear. Thanks for letting me know!

Just wanted to let you know I've received both packages you sent last week. Also, the items I gifted to you through your baby registry on Amazon shipped yesterday and should be there today/tomorrow.

Lastly, I did send you an email letting you know to just go ahead and ship what you have like you've been doing. I've submitted a PF order for that one order with books in it, and will be holding off on any new PF orders until you have you have everything set up to test the new system =)

Enjoy your shower btw! =D

Has that seriously not arrived in over a month and a half? I could have just chosen another one.[/QUOTE]

Figured I'd have a quick look at Gyros since I haven't in awhile...and noticed Goomba has his own code in Gyros for my PF orders, lol (I knew I ordered a lot, but that was surprising!)

hey goomba i was wondering how much the extra shipping would be for the 2 games i ordered from gamefly

1524a / 1694982000
1524b / 1694982000

also i thought the shipping would be free for the 2 games since it was a part of the gamefly sales =/ oh wells let me know what you need please

hey goomba, I decided to place a order through direct request on friday because the item is on sale and sizes are hard to find. I also prepaid by paypal. I received 2 emails "new item request emails" but not a confirmation so I am not sure I completed the order properly but I know my paypal payment was processed. Can you look into this when you get a chance thanks.

Thanks in advance,
James

Note: amount paid was $80

Guys tomorrow is my last day of my nightmarishly long week without a day off (and today was MLK Day in the USA so it was crazy again at work). I know GYROS is quite due for an update but it's coming soon :) The good news is our Baby shower went well and my parents are on their way home so I can finally have some time to work. I'm going to process the new DR orders now and then tomorrow I'll start updating GYROS again. So sorry for the backlog on there. Thanks guys!

thanks for the update goomba, hopefully you can get my DR request done and ordered before the sale is over! I am the one that prepaid the Fleece Rugby shirt in blue with white stripes in XL (its in my instructions - for colour select Cruise Navy/Warm White ;)).

Hi Goomba,

Just got a whole bunch of packages today, the mail man had to carry it in a plastic box and had a joking smile on his face as he delivered them. :D
Thank you again for the great service! I will be leaving you feedback as well.

Goomba,

I'd like to order a pair of the triton AX Pro headphones off of amazon. They are $140 and they will ship to Canada for only $8.98 but they want $16 deposit for potential export fees. I am thinking that I am more likely to avoid duty and taxes if I buy directly from you, as last time I got something from you I did not pay duty on it.

Shipping to the USA is free.

Can you PM me a quote on Shipping these headphones to Canada. Postal code S0g 4l0.

Thanks.

Things are definitely moving in the right direction (finally). The last of the big orders will ship out today and tomorrow and then the rest will seem like a piece of cake. I've added all the current orders to GYROS and will continue to do go down the list =)

snowsquirrel, just go to the Direct Request page on our site and fill in the info, and pay on the site. We'll order them same day and will get them out to you ASAP. We should be all caught up very soon as we're doing our best to work on our days off (and taking other days off from work to catch up). Thanks again buddy!

Hey Goomba.

When are you sending your next shipment out? I may want to buy that iPhone 3G off of you. I want something to last me until the Apple Con, and 100 bucks for an mp3 player? Not too bad.

Kicks the crap outta my current phone anyway.

hey Goomba, did you get my DR request from the 19th? #1496365482 (suede gloves)? I noticed you updated GYROS yesterday but I did not see it

And two, is your packaging forwarding services back up and running? one of your notes was you were hoping to get things back to a normal turnaround (jan 21st).

Hey there Goomba! Been a while =)
I got 2 Amazon GC going your way in PM to add onto my account, can you confirm after those 2 GC I should have $35 credit with you? Thanks!

just e-mailed you concerning the latest invoice(finally took a better look at it), and boo for it taking a month to get an invoice for stuff from black friday, my you've been busy.

Hi Goomba, I have a question about your Package forwarding service.

I says on your front page: Typical fees apply for this service as usual and you pay only $1.00 per package received at our mail location

for the package forwarding service, but when you click the link it says: We still just charge our standard $2.00 USD for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.

So I was wondering which one is it. Also you mentioned UPS charges you an additional $1.00 when you pickup packages... does ordering from amazon.com or gamestop.com have anything to do with this? I'm also curious how much tax they will charge (%) if I order and sent it to your address... It'll be troublesome if they charge tax again when it enters Canada..

I'm interested in trying out your service but I want to be clear about everything before making the decision.

Sorry for the questions and Thank-you for your time.

Does anyone know what I have to do withmaypaypal account to get funds to go through immediately? Goomba do you send out an Emil when payment is received or the like?

Hey Faytz,

My understanding is that you will get the two fees if you do a package forward to Goomba's UPS address, the per package fee and the per item fee. So if you send a package with one item, it would be $2 for the item and $1 for the package for a total of $3. If there were two items in one package it would be $3 for the items and $1 for the package for a total of $4. Two packages and say three items: $4 items and $2 package = $6 etc.

At least that is my understanding of how it works, correct me if I'm wrong Goomba if you ever have the time! :p

Good news guys, I finally have 2 days off in a row and thanks to all the snow storms I didn't work my day job. So here goes some answers:

RoganSarine, your second item still isn't in so I'm going to just send out the first one so you don't have to keep waiting and I'll contact the seller to see what's going on. I see you didn't win the iPhone 3G but no worries, you'll have more chances in the future for those ^_^.

snowsquirrel, yeah unfortunately I can't order or ship anything before eChecks clear but it'll come soon enough.

JamesX, I believe we already handled the gloves issue but our Package Forwarding (PF) system will be fully operational very soon (first week of February). It will implement a lot of improvements over our past system and will introduce step one of our new rewards program which has been long overdue. Lots to show you guys soon :) I'm working hard.

Myv, You're all set and yes you have $35 credit now with us. Thanks!

evantrees, yeah I know I'm really sorry about the Black Friday holiday delay. It just snowballed at the worst time but we're almost out of the dark tunnel that was the 2010 holiday season. Thanks for understanding though. We should be all set now :)

Faytz, the $1.00 fee is for the UPS package service. I use a UPS store and have to pay for their services so I charge $1.00 for each package we pick up. That's separate from the $2.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item charge we have. If you send to our address with PF orders you won't often pay tax unless the store has a physical presence in the state (Connecticut). So retailers like Amazon won't charge tax, but Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target and others will charge 6% Sales Tax. You'd likely pay that up front when you order the item though so it's not a big deal. Our site will be a lot more clear next month once we load up the new versions of all the pages. We're working as hard as we can :) It's quite an update. Thanks for your interest in our services!

snowsquirrel, the best way to ensure the funds are sent immediately is to pre-load them into your account so they are truly available funds. If you do it directly from a bank account it will treat it as an eCheck often. This also happens with credit cards from time to time, so if you can transfer the funds ahead of time to yourself that'll resolve it. Also, for most items we can accept Amazon Gift Cards as well which may be easier for you. If you need more info let me know.

Jbently, yes that's correct. If he wants to avoid the double fees then just use the Direct Request (DR) service. The rule of thumb is that for larger more expensive items you're better off using Package Forwarding (PF) because there are less processing fees, and smaller items for Direct Request, but it's really an art. The new site will lay it out for you more clearly. We're working on it :) Thanks guys.

---------------
I am going to spend all day today and tomorrow packing and invoicing so you'll see the GYROS even more complete. I've also added an "Invoiced" column on GYROS to show whether or not an item's invoice has been sent out. If it shows a "Y" that means that an invoice has been sent but the date wasn't recorded (as it was before the new system). Newer invoices will show the date the invoice was last sent. If you didn't receive an invoice and it shows as it being sent, just let us know and we can re-invoice you.

Thanks guys. Talk to you soon :)

Cool beans. Ha ha, can't wait to try those sticks out :)

I will probably say just get the seller to refund that cable though, at this point, Im getting some more computer parts, so I'll just order it locally.

Going to put through a few PF orders.

I haven't gotten any info from you yet about the beta service, so I'm going to put them through like usual.

Thanks again!

** GFC BETA TESTERS ASSEMBLE **

OK so the BETA version of the new Package Forwarding (PF) Service is ready. Here's how it will go. I've already credited $5.00 in free Service Charge Credits (SCC's) to your GFC account. If you don't remember your login or have forgotten your password, just contact me via Email or PM and I can reset it for you. Here's your instructions if you want to test the new system:

1) Go to http://www.gamesforcanada.com/main-page.php and log into the website at the top of the page. Confirm that you can log in and it SHOULD show that you have at least $5.00 in Service Charge Credits (SCC's) at the top of the page. Once you have confirmed this we can move on.

2) Go to: http://gamesforcanada.com/package-forwarding-2011.php and fill out the form as you would normally do. If you're planning on putting in a real order fill it out as usual, but if you want to just simply test it make sure you put in some dummy info for the items and put in the additional comments "THIS IS A TEST ONLY" or something to that effect :)

3) When you get to the summary page you should notice something new. The Package Forwarding (PF) page will now allow your GFC Service Charges to be credited against your existing SCC's in your account. They will show up on their own line in a lime green color and they will be deducted automatically. If you have enough SCC's to cover the entire Service Charge list, then your Service Charge total will be $0.00 and you'll only pay for the estimated shipping charges and/or processing fees. Pretty cool right?

At the moment your account will not actually deduct the credits until I manually adjust them (since we are in BETA) but obviously that will change once the system is finalized. In addition, you will now receive bonus SCC's with every Direct Request (DR) or Package Forwarding (PF) order, although again, these will be manually processed initially. If you have any questions let me know, otherwise I hope you will take the time to test it out for me as this is a huge step forward in making the site easier to use, more friendly and rewarding as well as diminishing future backlogs. Anyone who was not one of the original 5 BETA testers can still use the new page, but you won't receive any bonus SCC's initially. Thanks again for everything!

BETA Testers with Rewards Points Added Already:

#01 - Pat_McCrotch
#02 - evantrees
#03 - dancrane212
#04 - gsrce
#05 - underkover19

Oh and that's great news DarthSilverice :) Thanks for the update!

I'm bummed that nobody has tried out the new BETA Package Forwarding (PF) link. Even if you're not actually buying something, will someone take a minute to try it out pretty please? =) I can't be totally sure that it works correctly until I get some live experience with it running on the site. If you have a few minutes please give it a go ^_^:

Thanks guys! Can't wait until this becomes the new standard :)

I'll give it a shot, likely test of thing considered ordering
would love an update on

edit: opps didn't complete the first one did I

jeffx, I forgot to mention that all of your past orders will be eligible for earning points once the BETA is over. I will look your account over and try to credit your points now though if you'd like to try the new system =) I haven't credited everyone's account because I want to make sure everything works properly and also a lot of users have multiple accounts, which obviously works against them with a reward system, so I'm trying to combine things for them and such. Try logging into your account after 3AM :) Thanks!

evantrees, I resent the invoice for the remaining funds on #1599. Talk to you soon ^_^.

I placed a test order, assuming you still want them.
Some things I noticed. On one of the earlier pages it suggested the service charge would be $2. On the next page the service charge jumped to $3 (plus the $1, for UPS I think). The $1 jump seemed somewhat misleading, but seeing Jbently's post up above I guess PF items have always been like that?
Aside from that, your site works perfectly without allowing anything on Scriptblock. But when it bounced me to Paypal (I assume to pay) Scriptblock stopped up whatever you wanted to happen there, and I just hit the normal Paypal login page.

ragnar14, okay well no worries. I'm going to be changing the wording on all the fees and stuff soon so that won't be an issue, but I never meant for any fees to be misleading. I appreciate the feedback though :) The main thing about the new form is the reward system and the fact that it lets people pay up front for PF orders, which in the past were 100% manual endeavors. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it ^_^.

As for scriptblock, I'm not so familiar with it but it was just using a standard Paypal link, so maybe that is blocked for some reason. Not the end of the world though, I could always manually invoice if it was necessary. Thanks again :)

ragnar14, oh okay I see what you mean. The $1.00 jump was in fact not for the UPS (which I do have to implement in there, thanks for reminding me) but rather for the Paypal fees. Once the site is finalized there will be other payment options that do not tack on this additional fee, but for the time being the Credit Card payment option is the only one on there. Also, if a user has enough credit to cover the service charge then there wouldn't be a fee there either :) Hope that makes sense. Thanks again.

That makes sense. I wasn't bothered by any of it, I just figured if I was already going through with a test order I should point out any constructive criticisms I could find.

As for scriptblock, I just wasn't sure if you included a payment amount with the redirect or something (I think I've seen sites do that). And I didn't want to waste your time with a second order just to check something that seemed trivial. It's simple enough to manually fill in a Paypal amount.

One other tidbit I noticed. On the invoice that was emailed to me I noticed part of the address was cropped down like:
Vancouver, British Co
I noticed that pruned info on my default mailing address and corrected it to British Columbia when filling out the PF. I donno if that's an abbrevaition in your system, I'm just pointing it out.

Hi Ragnar14,

Great observations :) I will make note of all of these. The new PF system I'm making is built off an earlier Direct Request system I made so it's quite possible I made changes in the later versions that I hadn't in this one I'm building my template off of. The address thing is a known issue because it truncates after a certain amount of letters/numbers. That'll be fixed in the final. Here are some things I'm doing as of now:

1) I'm considering to make the forms for GFC Members only. This way people actually use the accounts they create which will help in keeping track of who is ordering what and assigning rewards points will be easier. I may initially let people check out as guests or new members without registering, but doing so will not earn reward points.

2) Next to the user's shipping address will be the option to edit the address we have in our system (default shipping location). This is a much-needed feature as many people have moved since we started the site, and I don't want people to have to create new accounts just because of an address mis-match.

3) GFC Rewards will be retroactive since the site first opened two years ago, but only for members that request us to trace back their past orders. I keep records of ALL orders but as the site didn't offer the rewards in the past I have to manually go through order by order and credit them. Hence the reason that only members who request past credits will receive them.

4) I will have optional things like shipping insurance and rush delivery as front page options on the form. Insurance will be on by default and if a buyer chooses, they may remove it. This way everyone's orders are covered by insurance unless they decline such service. If they do decline, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of the items they order (though these things are rare).

That's it for now. By the end of the week I hope to have the finalized PF 3.0 system in place. Thanks for all your help!

Goomba,
I placed an order on the new PF page, I would have earlier but I hadn't noticed that you had started the trial XD
Anyways, I accidentally put the weigh of the game as 7 pounds for the first order but I corrected it in a follow up order.

The art book arrived a few days ago and it is fantastic, thanks again!
(I'll leave feedback once I get out of the university, provided I make it home through this storm alive!)

Goomba, I sent you a PM asking what you wanted me to do on the site since I didn't get credit/SCCs on my account. I did browse around on the site and tried a few of the options, up to the point where I had to finalize/place an order. Do you still want me to do that, or what would you prefer?

Today was a pretty productive day. Not only did I finish building our baby crib, but I put a good 4 hours or more into finishing up the majority of the new Package Forwarding (PF) code. What this means is that by Saturday it should be 100% operational and you guys can start using it. The new system is far more efficient taking care of automating nearly all steps, so there'll be a lot less manual work for us and a lot more streamlined processing and shipping.

Here is a preview of what it looks like now when you check out:

Things you'll notice:

1) The user here (me) has enough service charge credits to cover the entire SCC's balance (subtracted out in green text color).
2) The estimated shipping has been added in as usual.
3) The UPS Package pickup charge now shows up and is included (the previous page will ask you to estimate how many packages you expect and the site will adjust accordingly.
4) Shipping insurance has been added though it's fully optional. The first page allows you to uncheck the insurance if you don't want it. If you do, it is $2.00 per $100 in value.

Coming over the next few days:

1) The addition of Canuck Bucks subtracted from the total. These are calculated based on your existing funds with us, so if you have credit with us that hasn't been used, it'll be added to the site and will be taken from your other charges (shipping, package pickup and insurance charges).
2) More optional services to enhance or upgrade your shipping options.
3) More payment options to avoid pesky credit processing fees.
4) The earning of Service Charge Credits for future purchases.

Hope you guys like the new updates. We're really excited about all things we're adding in :) Feedback as always is really appreciated!

Hey Goomba, I never heard back from you from my email so not sure if you check your email or come here first so will post here as well.

Don't send back that French Rib Fleece Half-Zip (Hunter Navy / XL), it was pretty cheap anyway. Check your email for more detail and get back to me by email.

Tx.
James

Alright, just processed a PF order using the new system.

Let me know if it went through properly =)

JamesX, sorry yes I got your EMail but was out of town all day yesterday celebrating Chinese New Year :) I will not return your fleece so no worries there. I'll update you once we've received it and we can go from there.

gsrce, I didn't see your new order when I checked a little while ago but I will recheck again. You said you used the new system, which means in theory it prompted you to check out with Paypal there. Is that correct? If so I should be able to locate and process it. Let me know =) Did you receive an order number and/or Email confirmation?
