Gamestop.com used game return policy

I know new stuff ordered from gamestop.com can be returned to local stores for full refund if they are unopened. Can you return a used game from .com to store? If so, what's the time line and do they deduct anything?

They wouldn't let me return my Yakuza 2, though I think it was due to the incompetence of the store employees more than anything else. They couldn't figure out how to work the transaction because I used CAG16. They also claimed they couldn't refund the shipping. Again, I think I just got an incompetent store because I'd never heard of such BS from other CAGs prior to my experience. I called and complained to the online CS and they are supposedly sending me a replacement copy.

Returns are within 30 days.

On gamestops slip that they send with you it says that they wont refund the shipping unless they made an error (shipped the wrong game or something along those lines) but they also have the opt. out of saying that in store policy may vary and is up to local management discretion. The mailing slip makes it sound like you have 30 days to return it to the stores but when I tried to after like two weeks they said that I was past my 7 day window. Call gamestops customer service and they should give you a return package slip and then all you need is a box to toss it back in.
