They wouldn't let me return my Yakuza 2, though I think it was due to the incompetence of the store employees more than anything else. They couldn't figure out how to work the transaction because I used CAG16. They also claimed they couldn't refund the shipping. Again, I think I just got an incompetent store because I'd never heard of such BS from other CAGs prior to my experience. I called and complained to the online CS and they are supposedly sending me a replacement copy.
