I was in the Gamestop in Dedham, Ma today and saw one flyer with these coupons on it. After some persuasion (the employee was talking on her cell and didn't want to be bothered), I was allowed to take the sheet. Anyways, I then stopped in the Canton EB Games and they told me the flier would be available in the newspaper.

Here are the coupons:

Extra 50% trade in on all used games - Limit 5 games, limit 1 coupon per customer

Extra +$30 console trade in value - Excludes Gamecube, Gameboy Micro, Gameboy Advanced SP, original GBA

10% off any NEW game

The coupons expire 8/31/2008 (yes that is over two months away) and are good at these select locations:

***And I have no idea what Kermodjion is on that second scan.

I've been collecting those for over a month. They come in those coupon booklets that your snail mail box gets spammed with.

Nice, thanks for the heads up.... looks like i'll be heading to Ocean County Mall this weekend.

Does anyone know what accessories you need to get the credit for a PS2 Console? I'm guessing it'd be console, AC adaptor, and controller... and possibly memory card?

looks like we CAGs in CA, West Coast never get these. I'm gonna try printing one out anyways, and cut out the bottom part!

Was just looking to trade GTAIV for PS3. Regret not getting the xbox version now that i have the monitor to take the 360 with me to work.
$30 TIV with the 50% bump plus edge would be $48. I can live with that.
Will have to scope out Blockbuster to see if there is anything worth transferring credit over once the extra $10 ends.
Ocean County mall has a Gamestop and a Babbages. Odd since the mall isn't that big but good for me when looking for deals.

I'm actually curious how long the Brawl $30 trade in value will last....that is a very nice flip for $48 after edge.

And I know people elsewhere have gotten these types of coupons before....what luck have people had using photocopies?

I didn't see the flyer in today's newspaper... anyone else have any luck? Since it doesn't expire in two months it might be up to the individual Gamestop's discretion on when to print the flyers in their area. Just a thought.

P.S. I get all the Sunday coupons/ads/flyers in my Saturday newspaper as a subscriber to my local newspaper.

I don't suppose printing out the scans would work, huh? I really want to get some games too and was looking for these coupons in the paper.

Printing the scans should work just fine. Even if the register can't read the bar code, they can manually punch it in. A couple of months back I printed and used the 25% off used Xbox360 games coupon. The employees were baffled but once they entered the code, the discount displayed on their register.

I hate to disagree with you, but I have been getting these since last year, and I reside in Tustin, CA. I currently have two that expire in 08/31/08.:D

Toms River is over 2 hours away from me, and would have me taking the parkway down and paying tolls. So, for me, looks like I'll be missing out on the deal, not worth the trip with how high gas prices are lately, although I might be going down to Trenton in August (TNA PPV), so I might be able to make a side-trip when I'm down there.

Thanks anyway though, OP.

Wow, I managed to get $102.30 credit for Metal Gear Solid 4 & Super Smash Bros. Brawl with the 50% coupon! The store manager couldn't make out the code or get it to scan thanks to my great printer, so he did a price override to give me the extra 50%. According to the receipt I also got my EDGE card discount applied after the price overrides.

Metal Gear Solid 4 - Trade-in: 32.00 + 16.00 (50%) + 4.80 (EDGE) = 52.80
Super Smash Bros. - 30.00 + 15.00 + 4.50 = 49.50

I certainly wasn't one to argue when I heard him say, "Your trade credit comes to $102.30."

Best deal I've ever had especially considering I managed to get Metal Gear Solid 4 used on the day it was released.
I'll try and get some cleaner scans soon guys...my scanner is a bit too small for the flyer!
There are much cleaner scans of these coupons that were mailed to Florida on this earlier thread below:

The store locations are different, but the "EB" or coupon activation codes are the same so they should work. Also, if your Gamestop is not listed, you still might be able to get your Gamestop store to honor them but of course YMMV. I used several of these coupons my self at my local Gamestops in Northern California. They always had to do the manual override thing but was able to successfully use them 4/5 times. One bitchy female manager wouldn't let me use the coupon because she said it was valid only at certain stores that were listed below the coupon(the part of the flyer below the actual coupon that I cut off :D)

Good luck !

I am a New Hampshire CAG, but those two stores are WAY out of my way. I would spend $20 bucks in gas just to get to one of them and back to save $10.00.

Crap.
