GameStop: Didn't get my Fable 3 pre-order codes

Here is the short and long of it. Went to Gamestop to finalize my preorder for Fable 3 LE at 10pm. Came back and got it at 12:01am Tuesday morning. Get home and realized that I didn't have a code for Reaver's sword or a code to import my villager from the Fable site printed on my reciept. Any suggestions?
 
go back and kick over the magizine rack :)


really though i would go back and tell them what happened..... if they wont work with you there is mostly nothing you can do.... i had a preorder for a game for the last 3 months that gamestop didnt get today online..

called up and asked and they go You can wait till whenever we sent it to you or Take your business elsewhere if you want cause we dont have the game.... (even though its listed on their site)
 
I would kick it if the rack had more than just Game Informers on them.. Anyway thanks you two. I'm not usually confrontational so I really dunno how to deal with this crap. You know how robotic gamestop employees can be. I'll let ya'll know how it works out.
 
yea they did this to me with my Halo: Reach pre-order, I didn't bother to go back in after it cus it was just for some spartan armor / chest piece, though I was a little upset at the time. I'm sure if you go back in right away they'll probably do something to fix the issue.
 
Either go back with your reciept and get it resolved or email customer service with your receipt number and they can correct the issue for you. Just make sure to check your receipt next time before you leave.
