A couple of problems here:
1) You pretty much admitted, without saying so, that this lawsuit is stupid, and thus, not worth "supporting." There is really nothing deceptive about what this person is complaining about. If someone is going to sue GS over something, they need to find a legitimate issue. This one is just silly.
2) There really isn't anything deceptive about the corporation's "new" opened games. Some particular stores have been accused of trying to reseal games and pass them off as sealed. Others have been accused of letting employees borrow the opened games. But neither of these is corporate policy. GS was under investigation from the FTC over these practices, and as far as I remember, nothing ever came of it. If anything, the suit would have to concentrate on the corporation's ability to police their employees and enforce policy.
