I did 2 very large trades the last 2 weeks. The first was credited correctly at 11,000+ points. The second very similar trade was less than half the value in points.
I called customer service and questioned the transaction. They shorted me 9400 points.
The operator corrected the problem and 1 minute later I had the points.
Each transaction I used a 50% coupon,
